1. What We Use

911Cyber does not use traditional HTTP cookies for tracking or advertising. We use browser localStorage and sessionStorage exclusively to operate the core features of this site. No data is shared with advertising networks. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded.

2. Our Storage Items

The following items are stored in your browser. All are functional and necessary to deliver the service, except language preference which is optional.

Anonymous visitor identifier

A randomly generated UUID created the first time you visit the site. Used to associate your chat conversation with a session, not linked to any personal data unless you register.

Expires: Persists until you clear browser data

Customer authentication token

A signed JWT issued after you complete OTP verification. Stores your authenticated session so you remain logged in across page visits.

Expires: Until you log out or clear browser data

Message rate-limit counter

Counts how many chat messages you have sent in the current day to enforce fair-use limits. Resets daily.

Expires: Daily reset

Per-tab session identifier

A transient session ID generated per browser tab, used to group messages within a single page visit.

Expires: Cleared when the browser tab is closed

Chat conversation history

Stores your in-progress chat conversation in the current tab so it persists across page navigations within the same session.

Expires: Cleared when the browser tab is closed

Language preference

Remembers the language you selected in the site's language picker (English, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, or French).

Expires: Persists until you change it or clear browser data

3. Third-Party Storage (Stripe)

When you proceed to checkout, you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted payment page. Stripe may set cookies on their domain for fraud prevention and payment security purposes. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. 911Cyber does not have access to or control over Stripe's cookies.

4. No Analytics or Advertising

We do not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising script. No browsing behaviour is tracked across sites. No data is sold to or shared with advertising platforms.

5. How to Clear Storage

You can clear all 911Cyber browser storage at any time:

  • Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear browsing data → Cookies and site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove All

Clearing storage will log you out of any active session and reset your language preference.
