1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any 911Cyber service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

911Cyber provides technical cybersecurity remediation services on a one-time or subscription basis. All service scopes are defined in the applicable service agreement or purchase confirmation.

3. Payment & Refunds

All fees are due at the time of purchase. All sales are final. No refunds.

4. Limitation of Liability

911Cyber is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

6. SMS & Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number to 911Cyber and expressly consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from 911Cyber at the number provided. Message types include:

  • One-Time Passcodes (OTP) — transactional verification codes sent when you register, log in, or verify your identity.
  • Case Updates — status notifications related to your active incident response case (sent only if you have an open case with us).

Message frequency: OTP messages are sent on demand (one per authentication request). Case update messages vary based on case activity and are typically no more than a few per day.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on any fees associated with receiving SMS messages.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent to that number.

We will not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
