1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as when you contact us or purchase a service), as well as limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure our systems.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

Our chat widget stores an anonymous session identifier in your browser's local storage to maintain conversation context across page visits. No personally identifiable information is stored in this identifier. You may clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

4. Data Retention

Case data submitted through our platform is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations, consistent with our B-05 Zero-Persistence policy.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Twilio for voice and SMS communications. Their respective privacy policies govern the data they process on our behalf.

7. SMS & Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number to 911Cyber and expressly consent to receive text messages, we collect and use your phone number for the following purposes:

  • Sending One-Time Passcodes (OTP) for account verification and authentication.
  • Sending case status updates related to your active incident response case with 911Cyber.

SMS delivery is handled by Twilio, Inc., our trusted SMS service provider. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for message delivery purposes and is governed by Twilio's Privacy Policy.

We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used exclusively for the transactional and service communications described above.

Opt-out: You may withdraw consent to receive SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Note that opting out of OTP messages may prevent you from accessing certain account features.

Retention: Your phone number is retained only for as long as it is needed to deliver the service. If you opt out or close your account, your number is removed from our active messaging list within 30 days.
